I also enjoyed the mint julep spritz, a mix of rye whiskey, lemon, smoked lemonade, prosecco, lavender, and mint. The lasagna sheets weren’t just any lasagna sheets – they were charcoal, blue spirulina, and beetroot lasagna sheets. ![]() I had the lasagne vegano and it was possibly one of the greatest meals I have ever eaten. I was drawn to the restaurant because it has so many vegan options, which is my preference. It’s an Italian place in Surry Hills called Mark + Vinny’s Spaghetti + Spritz.
